Sourdough is a bread made from the natural occurring yeast and bacteria in flour. By mixing flour and water together and waiting for it to ferment, you are creating a sourdough starter. That fermented dough is your starter. That starter is full of active wild yeast (that YOU made!) and is all you need to make bread rise. It also naturally produces prebiotics as well as probiotics making it GREAT for your digestion.
This mini e book is all about how to start, care for and bake with your very own sourdough starter. It doesn't take much and you may be forever changed:)
