Join Personal Chef, Yoga Instructor and Nutrition Consultant Katie Peterson Sundays in January and start 2022 off with a balanced mind and body. Over the course of 5 weeks she will guide you through a series of live online classes to reset not just your body but also your mind! This series combines a guided elimination diet with detoxifying yoga instruction and everyday nutrition education.
